How does Pro Lash work?
Pro Lash uses the latest technology in lashes to give you long lasting, amazing looking lashes that are easy to apply at home. We have several patents pending on our lashes and adhesive system. Our Pro Lock™ adhesive is a 2-part system that makes your lashes super easy to apply and last up to 10 days.

How long does Pro Lash last?
Pro Lash can last up to 10 days. The first set you do may not make it the full 10 days because of the application learning curve, but most people are seeing 7-14 days routinely. Currently at time of launch, the record is 25 days of retention for one set!
Is Pro Lash difficult to apply?
Most people find them easy to apply, even for the first time! Our 2-part adhesive makes the application foolproof. If you have any questions or need extra help, please book a private 1 on 1 HERE with one of our Professionals.
How many lash sets come in one box?
Pro Lash has 3 sets of lashes in each box which will give you about a month supply of lashes.
Single Set boxes that will have 1 set of lashes that give you a 10 day wear.
Our Starter Kit has 3 sets of lashes and our Mini Kit has 1 set of lashes.
Does Pro Lash harm your natural lashes?
No. Our patent pending Pro Lock™ adhesive technology allows your natural lashes to move and grow at their own natural pace.
It is also super important to remove Pro Lash correctly by using our Lash Remover.
Can I reuse Pro Lash?
We do not recommend reusing our lashes as the adhesive will not give the same results.
Our lashes come with adhesive pre-applied and crimping pressure is used to lock them in place. This eliminates the ability to use them twice.
Can I use my own adhesive with Pro Lash?
No, we do not recommend using a different adhesive.
Our patent pending adhesive is designed and engineered to work exclusively with our lash system. When the two come together, magic happens and gives you that 10-day hold.
How do I Subscribe and Save?
Save 20% when you subscribe to your favorite products! To subscribe, find your product and click on "Subscribe and Save", then choose your frequency of arrival.
SHIPPING
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding all major US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
We have standard shipping on all US orders. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days if your order is received by 2:00 p.m. MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. MST will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive.
You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created.
We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
Where can I shop Pro Lash in person?
Currently, we are in salons and spas all over the U.S.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
How can I check my order?
You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) along with Apple Pay. Installments are available through Afterpay in the U.S.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.
How do I reset my password?
Select the prompt at login to reset your password.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is the Return Policy?
Due to the nature of our Pro Lash products and for health reasons, we do not offer refunds on any used products.
Please email support@prolash.com for more help on returns.
Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at support@prolash.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.
During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders.
We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
How do I cancel my subscription?
