Return Policy
If you wish to return or exchange unopened products, you can do so for up to 14 days (from delivery) for a full refund or exchange. Pro Lash is not responsible for any shipping fees, and returned products that do not include Redo Free returns and exchanges will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please do not return any used or worn lashes.
Opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once the request/claim is submitted, please allow up to 5 business days for a response from one of our team members. If the return is deemed to be our responsibility, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. You have 14 days to ship the products back to us in good condition, after the 14 days the items are no longer eligible for return.
Please take care to package the product(s) properly. Products damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or exchanged.
Returned shipments and exchanges will be processed within one week from the time that the items are received at our warehouse. Once approved, please allow up to ten (10) business days for your credit to be applied to your account or credit card (whichever you selected).
Redo
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any unopened/unused item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit.
If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your unopened items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
