How to access subscriptions:
You will be able to access and edit your subscription in your subscription portal. This is located on the login page for prolash.com or you will also be able to access it from the subscription emails that you receive. You will need to select 'Manage subscriptions' This will take you to the subscription portal which is separate from the prolash.com website.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next processing date.
Can I swap/ switch my lash style?
Yes! Access your upcoming subscription and select “swap this for another product” or reach out to our team for assistance.
Can I combine my subscription discount with other discount codes?
Subscriptions are not eligible to be stacked with other discount codes or promotions
Can I add items to my subscription?
Yes, in your upcoming subscriptions it will show “you may also like” from here you can add items to your subscription on a set schedule or select the item as “one time purchase” You can also contact our team for assistance.
How to edit address on subscriptions?
In your subscription setting go to “address and payment details” from here you a remove or add a new address for your subscription. Make sure to edit this address in the subscription specifically not just in your account settings.
What if I forget to cancel or skip my subscription?
Please reach out tosupport@prolash.comand we will try our best to catch the order before it ships, however it is not guaranteed we can cancel or change your order once it has submitted/ processed. Please make changes at least 48 hours prior to the subscription date.
