Order processing, delivery, and shipping, & handling charges 

All orders in the U.S. are processed and shipped on business days Monday through Friday, excluding all major US holidays.

Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days if your order is received by 7:00 AM MST, depending on product availability.

Estimated Delivery DatesDelivery dates at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not always guaranteed. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping DetailsUSPS Standard Shipping$7.95 or free for orders over $100.00 USD. Please allow 2-8 business days from the date that USPS receives your package for your items to arrive.

*Standard shipping to Hawaii and Guam may travel via boat, please allow additional delivery time as this can take 2-4 weeks to arrive on the island.

USPS Priority Shipping Cost depends on location. Please note that this is not a guaranteed expedited shipping method and shipping dates at checkout are estimates provided by USPS. Typically arrives within 1-3 business days from the date that USPS receives your package.

UPS GroundCost depends on location. 2-7 business days.

UPS 2nd Day AirCost depends on location. 2-3 business days. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 7:00 AM MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 7:00 AM MST will be processed on the next business day. 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

UPS Next Day AirCost depends on location. 1-2 business days. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 7:00 AM MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 7:00 AM MST will be processed on the next business day. All overnight orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until Monday. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

International3-7 business days via UPS/DHL Express. The cost depends on location. All International shipping costs are through DHL and UPS.  

Shipping costs include all duties and fees. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 7:00 AM MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 7:00 AM MST will be processed on the next business day. International orders cannot be expedited.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.

As the customer, you are responsible for verifying the shipping address during checkout. Pro Lash is not responsible for replacing packages that are delivered to an invalid address.

In the case that a package is refused and shipped back to Pro Lash, the items must be received in the same condition as sent to the receiver, and we will refund the customer for the products only. Shipping ProtectionFree Returns & Exchanges + Package ProtectionOur Package Protection covers the cost of a replacement if your order is lost, stolen or damaged. Additionally, it includes a complimentary return shipping label for any items eligible for return under our policy.If you choose to opt out of Package Protection, you will be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. Product AvailabilityWe make every effort to try and ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be fully refunded for the out-of-stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.

Cancelling or Changing OrdersTo serve you better, prolash.com will process your order immediately after you click the “Place Order” button. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.
